Mr. Goldstein has over 25 years of experience in private equity and capital markets for middle market companies. Prior to founding Five G Capital Partners, he was a Principal at Victory Park Capital Advisors responsible for origination, structuring, execution of direct private debt and equity investments in middle market companies and joint ventures. Mr. Goldstein served as member of the board of directors on a number of Victory Park portfolio companies.

Mr. Haridopolos is a former member of both the Florida Senate and Florida House. He was elected by his fellow senators and served as Senate President from 2010-2012. During his tenure as President, Florida faced a $4 billion budget shortfall, home foreclosures, and rising unemployment rates. Under his leadership, Mr. Haridopolos guided members of the House and Senate and then new Governor Rick Scott, to balance its budget, without raising taxes. 

Ms. Sati Schiano most recently served as the Vice-President of People & Culture for Green Carbon Global.  She had responsibility for the overall Human Resources strategy, global talent acquisition, organizational design, compensation and benefits, payroll, HRIS and employee relations. Throughout her 18-year career, she has served in large, mid-size and small organizations with both unionized and non-unionized workforce.

Matthew Jacobs is an Analyst at Five G Capital Partners and a student at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, pursuing dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting with minors in Computer Science, History and Legal Studies. With experience in private markets, investment banking, and venture capital, he has interned with Cercano Management, Five G Capital Partners, and VentureWave Capital.
