Ms. Alice Goldberg is a Private Equity Associate at Five G Capital Partners and a sophomore at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, where she is pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in Law & Politics. Her academic and professional interests include private equity, corporate finance, investment analysis, and business law.

At Five G Capital Partners, Ms. Goldberg supports the firm with financial analysis, due diligence, and the evaluation of potential middle-market merchant banking opportunities. She also assists with financial modeling and profitability analysis for prospective projects and affiliated business initiatives, along with select marketing, sales, and business development efforts.

Prior to joining Five G Capital Partners, Ms. Goldberg gained several years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, where she developed skills in relationship management, communication, sales strategy, and independent business operations. These experiences helped develop her interest in the financial and operational factors that drive business growth and investment decisions.
